Our cancellation and refund policy and our privacy policy form part of these terms. If you have a signed agreement with us for a monthly plan or virtual office, that agreement applies together with these terms; where they differ, the agreement applies.
2. Who can book
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract under Indian law. If you book for a business, you confirm you are allowed to do so.
- Please give accurate details. Bookings made with false details may be cancelled without refund.
- Children may visit only with an adult who books for them and is responsible for them.
3. Prices, taxes and payment
- Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST, which is added at checkout and on invoices at the rate in force when the invoice is raised. If the GST rate or another tax changes, the new rate applies from that date.
- We may change our prices at any time. A change does not affect bookings already paid for, or plans during a period already invoiced.
- Online payments are processed by Razorpay. A payment gateway convenience fee is shown before you pay.
- A booking is confirmed only when payment is received or our team confirms it with you. The website shows live availability, but if two bookings ever clash because of a technical error, we will offer the second customer a reschedule or a full refund.
- Monthly plans and virtual offices are billed by invoice and must be paid by the due date shown. If an invoice is unpaid, we may suspend access after telling you, until it is paid.
- If you dispute a charge with your bank without contacting us first, we may hold further bookings until the dispute is settled.
4. Using the space
- Opening hours are 09:00 to 20:00. Booked time starts and ends at the times in your booking; please leave the room on time for the next guest.
- Treat the space, other members, guests and our team with respect. Harassment, abuse, discrimination or threatening behaviour is not allowed and may lead to removal without refund.
- Keep noise reasonable in shared areas and take calls in meeting rooms or call spaces where possible.
- Do not take photos or videos of other people without their permission. Commercial photo, film or TV shoots need our written agreement and a separate quote.
- Follow the rules of Brigade Plaza building management, fire safety instructions and evacuation drills.
- Smoking, illegal substances, weapons and anything dangerous or illegal are not allowed on the premises.
- You are responsible for your guests and for any damage caused by you or them beyond normal wear and tear.
- Look after your belongings. We are not responsible for items left unattended or for loss or theft, except where caused by our own negligence.
5. Internet, equipment and technology
- We provide internet, power backup and printing as part of the space, and we work to keep them running. Short interruptions can happen and are not grounds for a refund. If a long failure on our side stops you from using a booked room, contact us and we will offer a reschedule.
- Do not use our network for anything illegal, to access or attack other systems, to share pirated content, or in a way that slows it down for others.
- You are responsible for securing your own devices, accounts and data. Our network is shared, so use your own security measures for confidential work.
- The website and booking system may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or because of problems with our providers. Call or WhatsApp us if you cannot book online.
6. Virtual office
- The business address may be used only for a lawful business that you have told us about. We need your identity and business documents before we issue address documents, and we may decline an application.
- You must keep your documents and contact details current and tell us of any change in your business.
- If we learn that the address is being used for fraud, illegal activity or anything that harms our reputation, we may end the plan without refund, withdraw our consent to the address, and inform the relevant authorities.
- We receive and handle mail and parcels as described in your plan. We do not accept cash, valuables, hazardous items or parcels that need payment on delivery unless agreed in writing.
7. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for failing to provide or for delaying a service because of events outside our reasonable control. These include natural events (flood, heavy rain, earthquake, fire, storm), epidemics, government orders, lockdowns, curfews, bandhs, strikes, civil unrest, changes in law, building closures ordered by the building management or authorities, and failures of power, water, internet or other utilities that we do not control. In such cases, the remedies in our cancellation and refund policy apply.
8. Liability
- We take reasonable care to provide the space and facilities as described.
- As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a booking or plan is limited to the amount you paid for that booking or for the current billing period of that plan.
- We are not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of business, profit, data or opportunity.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, and nothing limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
- You agree to compensate us for losses, damage or legal claims caused by your breach of these terms, misuse of the space or address, or the acts of your guests.
